Who We Are
The Baxi Group was founded by Tiffany and Karan Baxi on the belief that the people an organization hires have a lasting impact on its success.
We come from different professional backgrounds, and that has shaped how we look at hiring. Between the two of us, we have experience in business operations, data center environments, program management, psychology, and large-scale technical organizations. We have seen what happens when the right people are in the right roles, and we have also seen how much a poor hiring decision can affect a team and the work around it.
We started The Baxi Group because we wanted to approach hiring differently. Filling an open position is important, but so is taking the time to understand what the organization actually needs, looking carefully at the people being considered, and making a decision based on more than a resume or a good interview.
We support organizations at different points in the hiring process. Sometimes that means managing the search from the beginning and finding candidates. Other times, an organization already has applicants and needs an independent evaluation, help comparing finalists, or a stronger process for making hiring decisions.
No matter where we come into the process, we start by understanding the organization, the role, and what matters most for the hire. From there, we bring structure to the process and help our clients make decisions they can feel confident about.
At the end of the day, we built The Baxi Group to do work we believe matters. We care about the organizations that trust us with their hiring, and we care about the people on the other side of those decisions. We believe clients deserve honest guidance, candidates deserve thoughtful consideration, and every engagement deserves our full attention.
Our Team
Tiffany | President
Tiffany leads client engagement at The Baxi Group, bringing a background in psychology, experience in data center operations, and a thoughtful, structured approach to hiring. She oversees client discovery, candidate evaluation, structured interviews, and consulting engagements, helping organizations make well-informed hiring decisions.
Outside of The Baxi Group, Tiffany is continuing her education through an MBA program and has a lifelong interest in understanding people, what motivates them, and how they make decisions. She’s an avid reader, an animal lover, and always looking for something new to learn. She also loves traveling and spending as much time at the beach as possible.
Karan | Vice President
Karan brings experience in technical and data center operations, program management, and large-scale infrastructure environments, along with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. His background gives him an operational perspective when evaluating technical and specialized roles, helping connect hiring decisions with the work candidates will actually be doing.
Outside of The Baxi Group, Karan loves traveling, music, movies, and pretty much anything involving the beach. He loves to cook and experiment with new recipes, and he’s never outgrown building LEGOs. He also speaks four languages, bringing a global perspective shaped by both his personal experiences and professional career.
