Tiffany co-founded The Baxi Group and leads client engagement, recruiting services, candidate evaluation, and consulting engagements.
Her professional background includes business operations, coordination, and organizational processes. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing an MBA.
Karan Baxi
Partner
Karan co-founded The Baxi Group and leads technical and specialized search engagements.
His background includes technical and data center operations, program management, engineering, and large-scale infrastructure environments. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering, bringing an operational perspective to technical and specialized hiring needs.
